# Manage Assignment Rule Mappings More Flexibly

Admins can now map or unmap assignment rules for supported service records directly from the Assignment Rules setup. Previously, removing mapped required reconfiguring the setup. This enhancement simplifies rule management, reduces operational overhead, and helps admins to adjust routing logic as needs evolve.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited, Enterprise, and Performance Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

**How:** From Setup, go to Assignment Rules and select **Manage**. Select an object, then select an assignment rule or select **No assignment rule** to remove an existing mapping. Save your changes to update routing behavior.
