# Authenticate Microsoft Teams Users with Single Sign-On

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service.

**How:** Access Salesforce IT Service or Salesforce IT Desk apps in Microsoft Teams, authenticate by using Single Sign-On or login through URL to find knowledge articles, troubleshoot issues, and request services from the unified catalog.
