# Track Assets in Microsoft Teams

Employees can track and manage their assigned hardware from within the Microsoft Teams app. By providing employees with a clear view of their assigned devices alongside direct links to request assistance, you make sure that IT teams receive accurate, asset-specific data for every support ticket. Employees can now access their asset details and report issues in one place, reducing the need to navigate multiple tools.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service, and Microsoft Teams.
