# Accelerate Policy Creation with AI-Assisted Drafting

Jumpstart the authoring process and enforce standardized language by using generative AI to draft your compliance policies. Policy authors can now automatically generate structured, enforceable policy clauses directly from selected regulatory requirements. Maintain alignment with internal standards and external regulations while drastically reducing manual drafting time.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Policy Management is enabled.

**Why:** Eliminate the duplicate effort of manually interpreting regulations and writing policies from scratch. AI-assisted drafting streamlines the authoring process and ensures consistent terminology. By generating clauses directly from regulatory mandates, you automatically establish a traceable mapping between external requirements and your internal policies, significantly improving audit readiness.

**How:** On a Policy record, select the AI drafting method, choose the relevant regulatory clauses you want to align with, and generate your drafted policy clauses.
