# Manage Hardware Asset Lifecycle Transitions in Bulk

Reclaim, refresh, or dispose of a large group of assets simultaneously with just a few clicks. Quickly filter and select assets directly from a list view, or process high-volume transitions by uploading a CSV file.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service.

**Who:** This change applies to users with the Batch Management User permission and the HAM Asset Manager permission set license.

**Why:** Reduce manual effort and promote data consistency when managing thousands of assets. You no longer have to email employees individually or update single asset records. Instead, validate asset eligibility, run requests in the background, trigger automated employee communications for reclaim and refresh actions, and securely maintain an audit trail of all transitions in the Asset Timeline.
