# Schedule Meetings Directly Within Conversations

Manage Google or Outlook meetings using natural language directly within your conversational flow. IT teams can now schedule meetings without opening a calendar app or leaving the chat interface. By automating scheduling through Agentforce, IT teams can instantly find and book available slots during a support interaction.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service.

**Who:** Users need access to the IT Service Fulfiller agent to use these actions in Teams, Slack or the portal.
