Managers can now make faster, more informed decisions by viewing summaries for pending approval requests in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the employee portal. Agentforce surfaces business justifications and request history across service, HR, and procurement requests to summarize all open work items or deep-dive into specific requests. Transform dense record data into actionable insights, allowing managers to finalize approvals or rejections through a simple chat interface.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

**How:** Users can converse with Agentforce to get a summary of open work items or take a decision on a specific work item.
