# Streamline Claim Intake with Agentforce

Use the Claims Employee Service Assistance agent to help customer service representatives create a first notice of loss (FNOL) when customers report a loss or incident. The agent retrieves policy information and guides representatives through the details to ask for the FNOL based on the policy type. The agent reduces manual effort for representatives and helps them capture complete and consistent intake information.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition.

**When:** Claims Service Employee Assistance is available starting the week of June 29, 2026.
