Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud and Insurance Brokerage are enabled.
When: This feature is available starting the week of August 3, 2026.
Why: Previously, Insurance Policy Participant and Insurance Policy Coverage did not support custom actions in Buttons, Links, and Actions. Now, you can create and run your own actions from those record pages.
How: On Insurance Policy Participant or Insurance Policy Coverage, create a new action and add it to the page layout.
