Salesforce Advanced Cross-Region Continuity (ACRC) now delivers improved Recovery Time and Recovery Point Objectives (RTO/RPO) of 12 hours and 4 hours, reducing the maximum downtime and potential data loss after an extraordinary regional catastrophe.
Where: Salesforce Advanced Cross-Region Continuity is available only to Core orgs hosted on Hyperforce in the United States, Japan, and the European Union. ACRC isn’t available for Government Cloud orgs.
Who: For most customers, Hyperforce’s three-availability-zone (3AZ) architecture provides sufficient business continuity by distributing workloads across multiple availability zones within a region.
Customers in highly regulated industries or high-risk geographies can add ACRC for protection against extraordinary regional catastrophes.
Why: ACRC replicates data to a secondary geographic region, providing an additional layer of resiliency beyond the standard 3AZ model.
