Salesforce Go continues to evolve by offering setup support for Referral Management, Integrated Care Management, Contact Center, and Home Health. By centralizing these complex clinical workflows into a single setup location, Salesforce Go helps you implement with greater speed and precision. This streamlined approach makes it easier to scale operations, reduce time from configuration to care, and improve patient outcomes.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Health Cloud.

**When:** This functionality is available on a rolling basis starting in Summer '26. Salesforce Go for Home Health is available starting in August 2026.
