# Accelerate Patient Access and Referral Management Setup

Enhance your referral ecosystem and reduce administrative overhead by using a guided setup to deploy Patient Access features. Help your intake coordinators get ready to triage cases quickly with AI-powered priority scoring and automated document processing. Review preconfigured referral rules and establish data extraction from unstructured fax sources by following the clear, step-by-step instructions. **Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud, Agentforce for Health Cloud, and Data Cloud add-on licenses.

**When:** This feature is available starting June 5, 2026.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with the Health Cloud Foundation, Data Cloud Architect, and Document AI for Health permission sets.

**How:** On the Referral Management Settings page in Setup, follow the guided setup steps in the Basic Clinical Service Requests Setup section.
