Build more targeted and personalized care plans by recommending only the goals that are relevant to a patient. When creating care plans from assessments and care plan templates, care managers can now choose from specific, individual goals instead of all the goals that are linked to the parent problem definition. This streamlined workflow reduces care plan clutter and helps care managers focus on delivering quality care.
