Save time and reduce friction in the care delivery process by leveraging AI-powered assessment suggestions based on a patient’s profile. Proactively initiate relevant and contextual assessments that are intelligently suggested by analyzing the complete member data in Agentforce Health (formerly Health Cloud), Data 360, and zero-copy external sources. The intelligent assessment suggestions reduce the need for manual search and recommend assessments that meet a patient’s specific needs.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud, Agentforce for Health Cloud, and Data Cloud add-on licenses.
When: This feature is available starting June 5, 2026.
Who: This feature is available to users with the Health Cloud Foundation, Care Plans Access, Context Service Runtime, Prompt Template User, Prompt Template Manager, Generative AI Suggested Assessments, and Suggested Assessment Responses permission sets. Users also need a custom Unmetered User Based AI permission set.
How: From Setup, go to General Settings under Discovery Framework Settings, and turn on Generative AI Suggested Assessments. If you have MCG assessments enabled, sync your MCG data with external systems. Then, configure the prompt template for the suggested assessments.
