# Save an In-Progress Home Healthcare Assessment to Complete Later

Support uninterrupted care delivery by enabling clinicians to complete assessments at the right time instead of in a single session. Clinicians can now capture partial responses during visits, pause when needed, and resume seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices without losing data. Reduce rushed submissions, encourage more complete and reliable patient information, and improve field reliability regardless of location.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud and the Home Health add-on licenses.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with the Home Health Clinician permission set.
