Expand End-User Language Translations to Catalan and Basque (Beta)

Improve the experience of Catalan and Basque speakers with user interface language support for select clouds. Catalan and Basque UI text, now available as beta-supported languages, falls back to Spanish when translations aren’t available.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and the Salesforce mobile app in Group, Essentials, Starter Suite, Pro Suite, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Note
Note Catalan and Basque end-user language support is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the customer's sole discretion.

Why: In Summer ’26, Catalan and Basque translations are undergoing in-app testing and aren't final, so review translations carefully to ensure accuracy. These translations don’t overwrite translations stored in the Translation Workbench or renamed labels. These end-user languages apply to all organizations and are enabled for all customers in select clouds. Visit Salesforce Help to learn more about user interface language support by cloud.

How: To revert these changes, manually update your translation settings to your preferred language.

To manage end-user languages, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Language Settings, and then select Language Settings. Change the setting, add or remove available languages, and click Save.
