Where: Digital Wallet is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions.
Who: Digital Wallet is available to users with the View Consumption user permission.
How: From the App Launcher, select Digital Wallet, click the Consumption Cards tab, and then locate the Salesforce Message Credits - RCS consumption card.
