# Streamline Billing by Managing Your Invoices in Salesforce Foundations

Generate and send invoices directly from the new Invoices tab. Create an invoice from an opportunity or quote, then email the PDF to your customer when you close a deal. Email invoices directly with a single click, or download invoices for your own records and send them through your other channels.

**Where:** This change applies to [supported editions for Salesforce Foundations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.base_editions.htm&language=en_US).

**When:** This feature is available on June 13, 2026.

**How:** To grant access to the Invoices tab, go to Setup. In the Quick Find box, enter and select Salesforce Foundations. Under Foundations Apps and Features, turn on Invoice Management.
