Capture Donor Meeting Notes and Tasks with the Donor Engagement Agent

Help major giving officers transform raw meeting notes into structured interaction summaries and follow-up tasks. The Donor Engagement Agent converts informal notes into organized records containing key discussion points, donor sentiment, and next steps. These records save critical donor intelligence so you don’t lose the details.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Agentforce for Nonprofit add-on or Agentforce 1 Edition, where Fundraising is enabled.
