Each intake form maps to a referral intake configuration, so you can support multiple lines of business with tailored intake forms. Customize referral intake configurations with multi-step, multi-section layouts, and conditional visibility logic. When your users create a referral, the referral intake configuration that you have set as active renders the dynamic intake form.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).
How: From Setup, go to the Intelligent Referral Management page, and turn on Dynamic Referral Creation Form. To create a referral intake configuration, click New Intake Configuration.
