Customize consent certification statements for the Meeting Notes and Documents component in Setup. Getting consent before transcribing protects privacy, builds trust, and keeps your company compliant with policies and local laws. Each certification records a timestamp and user ID for a complete audit trail. A report type is also available to review on consent certification records.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).
When: Meeting Concierge enhancements are available on a rolling basis starting Aug 18, 2026.
How: In Setup, go to the In-Meeting Facilitation stage and turn on Transcribe Audio Meeting Notes. Customize the certification statement text to reflect your business needs. Before transcribing, advisors must complete all certifications to turn on the Transcribe Meeting Notes button.
