# Update Your Meeting Playbook Structure When Plans Change

Advisors can now change the Meeting Playbook Definition on a Meeting Playbook record. When their meeting goals shift, advisors can switch to a playbook structure that better fits the agenda or the details that they want to capture. The playbook stages update to the selected definition, and the status resets to In Prep so that advisors can start preparing with the updated structure.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).

**When:** Meeting Concierge enhancements are available on a rolling basis starting Aug 18, 2026.

**How:** On a Meeting Playbook, click **Change Playbook Definition** and select the definition that fits the updated agenda.
