# Meeting Concierge

Meeting Concierge updates give advisors more control across the full meeting lifecycle. See citations in AI-generated client summaries, capture auditable transcription consent, review AI-suggested tasks before saving, and switch playbook definitions when meeting goals change.

- **[Identify the Sources in Client Summary](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_fsc_client_summary_citations.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
The Client Summary component now includes citations so that advisors can see the sources that informed the AI-generated response. Inline superscript numbers connect the content to two sections. Cited sources lists the resources used directly in the generated content and references are related to the generated content, but not used directly. Each source in the list shows the source type. For household records, each source also shows the related household member so that advisors can locate more details.
- **[Clearer File Type Guidance in Meeting Notes and Documents](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_fsc_meeting_notes_file_type_guidance.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
When uploading documents, the Meeting Notes and Documents component now organizes supported file types into two sections. Your advisors can quickly identify compatible types and how AI uses each one. AI processes files listed under AI-summarized formats, such as .pdf and .jpeg, and includes them in the Meeting Follow-Up Summary. Files listed under Upload-only formats, such as .doc, .csv, and .mp4, are available for reference but don’t appear in the follow-up summary.
- **[Capture Auditable Transcription Consent from Meeting Participants](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_fsc_meeting_transcription_consent.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Customize consent certification statements for the Meeting Notes and Documents component in Setup. Getting consent before transcribing protects privacy, builds trust, and keeps your company compliant with policies and local laws. Each certification records a timestamp and user ID for a complete audit trail. A report type is also available to review on consent certification records.
- **[Review AI-Suggested Tasks Before Saving](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_fsc_meeting_review_ai_suggested_tasks.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Agentforce Actions now automatically add tasks to the Meeting Follow Up Tasks Action Plan and show in the Meeting Follow Up Tasks component without requiring a page reload. After a meeting, advisors select the Create or Update Tasks Agentforce Action to review AI-suggested tasks. The New Records to Create section shows new task suggestions, with editable fields for Subject, Description, Assigned To, and Due Date. The Existing Records with Suggested Updates section shows existing tasks with recommended changes highlighted. Advisors can edit the Subject, Description, Assigned To, Due Date, and Priority before saving.
- **[Update Your Meeting Playbook Structure When Plans Change](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_fsc_meeting_playbook_change_definition.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Advisors can now change the Meeting Playbook Definition on a Meeting Playbook record. When their meeting goals shift, advisors can switch to a playbook structure that better fits the agenda or the details that they want to capture. The playbook stages update to the selected definition, and the status resets to In Prep so that advisors can start preparing with the updated structure.
- **[Other Changes in Meeting Concierge](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_fsc_meeting_concierge_other_changes.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
