# Use Post-Meeting Notes to Update Household Records

Your users can review and confirm household record update suggestions directly from the Post-Meeting Follow-Up tab of the Meeting Playbook, immediately after a client meeting. The Update Household action analyzes meeting notes to surface household record update suggestions, capturing key client context — so records stay accurate with less manual data entry.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition.

**Why:** Previously, updating household details after a client meeting required advisors to go to individual household records, which often caused context loss and delays.

**How:** From the App Launcher, find and select **Meeting Playbooks**. Click the relevant playbook record linked to the household. Go to the Post-Meeting Follow-Up tab, and click **Update Household**.
