Reduce household onboarding time for your users by configuring exactly which sections and fields they see when creating households. You can configure all the essential elements, including the primary member, relationship definitions, household account settings, and record types. Minimize maintenance costs and support data governance by configuring the system to dynamically render household creation screens based on the data model, either Managed Package or Standard.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition.
Why: Previously, setting up Households required completing prerequisite tasks across multiple disconnected setup pages, increasing setup complexity and delaying implementation.
How: From Setup, go to the Households page, and turn on Households. Click Set Up Households.
