# Troubleshoot Hierarchy Validations with Record-Level Insights

Identify and resolve hierarchy validation errors directly from record-level logs that show which hierarchies were processed and why they failed, reducing time spent searching system logs. Export these errors to a CSV file for an efficient audit process. A detailed report of flexible hierarchy validation job run and validation job run item records helps teams manage system resources and schedule heavy jobs.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).

**How:** From the App Launcher, find and select **Flexible Hierarchy Validation Job Runs**. Select a job to view its details, and then click **Download Validation Error Report**.
