# Visualize the Full Account Network with Direct and Indirect Contacts

Show all direct and indirect contacts of an account node directly from the hierarchy page to help your sales and service teams identify who influences each account. This centralized view helps teams understand relationship dynamics without navigating multiple records. Direct contacts have a primary relationship with an account, while indirect contacts are primarily associated with other accounts but can still influence this relationship.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).

**How:** From the App Launcher, search and select **Flexible Hierarchies**. Click the hierarchy with account nodes configured to show contacts. Click the node to view the related contacts.
