Users can expand a hierarchy to full screen in both graph and grid views for a broader perspective of their data. The grid view includes the search functionality with scrollable results and node highlighting, so users can find specific records within complex structures faster. When users select a node in the grid view, the node details page opens while keeping the hierarchy context visible so that they can avoid switching between the view and browser tab. For clearer data visibility, warning icons identify deleted nodes and records that the user doesn’t have permission to access.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Flexible Hierarchies, open a hierarchy, and switch between the graph and grid views.
