The Client Summary component now includes citations so that advisors can see the sources that informed the AI-generated response. Inline superscript numbers connect the content to two sections. Cited sources lists the resources used directly in the generated content and references are related to the generated content, but not used directly. Each source in the list shows the source type. For household records, each source also shows the related household member so that advisors can locate more details.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).
When: Meeting Concierge enhancements are available on a rolling basis starting Aug 18, 2026.
Why: The Client Summary aggregates content from many sources to generate a pre-meeting briefing. With citations, advisors can trace the AI-generated content back to those sources, so that they can verify details and know exactly where to look if they need more information before a meeting.
