# Automate Dispute Investigation Tasks with Action Plans

Complete all repeatable tasks and steps in a dispute case by defining action plan templates for dispute and dispute item records. Users can trigger the plan directly from a record page, so they never miss a required task or verification. Define a template one time and reuse it consistently across multiple disputes.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).

**How:** To set up task sequences, from the App Launcher, find and select **Action Plan Templates**, and then create a template. Next, in the Lightning App Builder, add the Action Plan List component to the dispute or dispute item record. Users can then click **New Plan** on a dispute record page to apply the template and automatically generate the tasks.
