# Offer Self-Service Interaction Management on Experience Sites for Registered Customers

Your registered customers can now create, modify, and cancel inbound interactions linked to Agentforce Public Sector related objects on Experience Sites. For example, registered customers can schedule an appointment linked to a public complaint using your Experience Site. New components display upcoming and past interactions on home pages and related lists. Also, mark an interaction as anonymous so the booking flow auto-assigns resources and skips the selection screen.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Workforce Scheduling is bundled as an add-on license for Public Sector Solutions. For more information, contact your Salesforce account executive.

**How:** Set up your Experience Site and add the Appointments Related List to the site.
