Automatically select resources based on the appointment slot when your users and customers schedule appointments. Mark specific flows as anonymous so that the case worker or manager is hidden during the booking process.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Workforce Scheduling is bundled as an add-on license for Public Sector Solutions. For more information, contact your Salesforce account executive.
