Your mobile workers dictate work details in their own language, and Data Capture Voice to Form transcribes their words and populates the right form fields. Voice to Form supports Spanish, Japanese, German, French, and Italian in addition to English, with field-mapping accuracy and latency on par with English.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and in the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS.
How: To use Data Capture Voice to Form in a language other than English, deploy a translated Data Capture flow for each language that you want to support and assign the translated flow to the relevant work order. Then ask your mobile workers to set their device's dictation language to the target language.
