# Create Custom Dispatcher Actions with Flows and Components

Streamline dispatcher operations by building tailored Scheduling Console actions with screen flows, autolaunched flows, and Lightning web components. Continue using your existing Apex and Visualforce actions, or use flows to automate processes and Lightning Web Components to create custom experiences.

**Where:** This change applies to the Scheduling Console in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Field Service.

**When:** This feature is available starting in August 2026.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Scheduling Console Settings**. Go to **Actions** and configure the action label, handler type, display location, visibility rules, and display order.
