# Adapt the Scheduling Console to Your Workflows with Custom Actions

Give dispatchers quick access to org-specific automations and workflows from multiple locations in the Scheduling Console, including the Gantt, service appointment list, and map. Configure interactive or background actions that launch a Lightning Web Component, run a flow, call an Apex class, or open a Visualforce page.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience and [Aura sites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.exp_cloud_basics_glossary.htm&type=5&language=en_US) accessed through Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Field Service managed package installed.

**How:** Configure custom actions from the Scheduling Console Settings page. From Setup, enter Scheduling Console Settings in the Quick Find box, then select **Scheduling Console Settings**.
