# Customize Pre-Work Briefs with Greater Flexibility and Speed

Tailor your pre-work briefs to include specific data from objects like Case Comments or Work Types without writing custom Apex code. New configuration options simplify your setup, allowing you to deploy relevant job context to your mobile workers faster by reducing the need for complex custom logic. Automatic change detection also updates the pre-work briefs only when data changes, maintaining high system performance while keeping information accurate.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions and in the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS.

**How:** Use a simplified mechanism to include additional data objects within the Pre-work Brief Flow or use a prompt-only configuration. Use the new permission testing tool to verify that your mobile workers have access to the fields referenced in the prompt before deploying.

Field Service mobile app automatically manages content regeneration based on detected data changes, so no manual user action is required.
