Powered by Agentforce, users get grounded responses based on work order history, troubleshooting guides, and asset data without manually re-entering the context. Mobile workers stay in their flow of work while accessing relevant procedures or documents, customer site compliance, and historical case data through simple text.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions and in the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS.

**How:** Initiate a conversation with Agentforce by tapping the follow-up button or entering a prompt.
