# Field Service Mobile App Support on Android 12 Is Discontinued

As of this release, the mobile app no longer supports Android 12 and earlier versions.

**Where:** This change applies to the Field Service mobile app for Android.

**How:** The Summer ’26 and later versions of the Field Service mobile app require Android 13 or later. The Spring ’26 and earlier versions of the Field Service mobile app still work on devices running Android 12. To maintain access to critical security updates, bug fixes, and new features, update your mobile devices to the latest version of Android and the Field Service mobile app.

Important The Field Service mobile app must be no more than two major releases behind the Salesforce platform for the app to continue to work with Lightning web components (LWCs). The Spring ’26 version stops being compatible when the Spring ’27 version is released.
