# Create Field Service Scheduling Agents in the New Agentforce Builder

The new Agentforce Builder now supports Field Service Scheduling agents, so you can build agents to assist your customers. The agents you build appear in the agent list views in the Agentforce Studio app and Agentforce Agents Setup pages. Regardless of where you launch them, these agents always open in the new builder to ensure a consistent experience.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations. Also available with Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.

**When:** The Field Service Scheduling agent is available in the new Agentforce Builder starting June 2026.

**How:** From the gear menu, select **Salesforce Go**. In the Agentforce for Field Service setup, create a Customer-Initiated Scheduling agent.
