# Do More with External Services Binary File Improvements

External Services now provides a 100-MB file size limit for binary file operations, optional custom filename input in Flow Builder, and smarter file name resolution with a defined priority order.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions in API version 67.0 and later.

100-MB File Size Limit

The file size limit for binary files is now 100 MB, increased from 16 MB. This limit applies to both Flow and Apex.

Custom File Name Input in Flow Builder

You can now optionally specify a file name for downloaded files directly in Flow Builder by using the new `customFileName` input parameter. You now have control over file naming without relying only on response headers from the external service.

Smarter File Name Resolution

File names are now resolved by using a defined priority order: Custom File Name → Content-Disposition → Content-Type → Action Name. Smarter file name resolution means that a valid filename is guaranteed for downloaded files, improving reliability and predictability in your integrations.
