# Aura and LWR Sites

Deliver personalized self-service experiences in your Aura or LWR site with AI-assisted Self-Service components. Keep private pages unavailable on your LWR site until visitors finish setting up or resetting their password. File scans for malware in Salesforce Files are now generally available. On Aura and LWR sites, show record names instead of Salesforce IDs in Data Table lookup columns in screen flows. Use a secure vendor connection to pull records from your vendor’s Aura site into Salesforce. Turn on Chatter in new orgs to access Chatter-dependent features.

- **[Set Up AI-Assisted Self-Service Experiences on Aura and LWR Sites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_set_up_ai_assisted_self_service_experiences_on_experience_cloud_sites.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Configure and deploy a suite of AI-assisted Self-Service components on your Experience Cloud site, including Agentforce Orchestrator, the prompt bar, suggestion themes, dynamic content tiles, the Concierge sidebar, and chat history. Together, these components deliver personalized, conversational Self-Service experiences for authenticated and guest users.
- **[Enable Chatter for Chatter-Dependent Features in Aura and LWR Sites in New Orgs](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_enable_chatter.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Chatter is turned off by default in all Salesforce orgs created in Summer ’26 and later. To create an Aura site from the Customer Service template or add feeds to an Aura or LWR site in these orgs, enable Chatter. This change doesn’t affect orgs created before Summer ’26.
- **[Keep Private LWR Pages Unavailable Until Password Setup or Reset Is Complete](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_lwr_private_pages.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Visitors are now required to finish setting up or resetting their password before they can access private pages in an LWR site. This feature, which achieves parity with Aura sites, is enabled by default for all LWR sites, except those sites that use custom Visualforce pages for password management. In those cases, manually enable this feature.
- **[Scan Files for Malware in Salesforce Files (Generally Available)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_files_malware_scanning.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
For improved security in your org, files are scanned for malware in Salesforce Files. This feature, now generally available, includes some changes since the beta release. The setting “Scan files for viruses or malware” now appears in the new Malware Scanning page in Setup. On this page, a new setting enables notifications about malicious files for users with the Manage Malicious Files permission. Also, you can now assign the Manage Malicious Files permission to any standard user. Previously, only admins had this permission.
- **[View and Link to Related Records from Screen Flow Data Tables](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_view_and_link_to_related_records_from_screen_flow_data_tables.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Show record names instead of Salesforce IDs in Data Table lookup columns in screen flows that you add to Aura and LWR sites. For easier navigation, turn the record name into a link that opens the related record in a new browser tab.
- **[Customize Screen Flows with More Style Overrides](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_screen_flow_component_style_overrides.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Tailor screen flows to your audience with expanded styling options. You can now customize the look and feel of more screen flow components. The new supported components are Action Button, Address, Choice Lookup, Dependent Picklists, Email, Lookup, Name, Phone, Slider, Toggle, and URL.
- **[Use Static Resource Images to Display Text in Screen Flows (Generally Available)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_screen_flow_static_resource_image.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Seamlessly browse for and upload static resource images directly from within the Display Text component. In the Display Text component, you can search for existing images, upload new ones, and add alternate text all from within the screen flow.
- **[Experience Delivery (Beta) Is Being Discontinued](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_experiences_delivery_discontinued.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
The Experience Delivery infrastructure for LWR sites, previously announced as a beta feature, is being discontinued in Winter ’27. You can continue to use Experience Delivery until then. However, we recommend that you turn off this feature ahead of time.
