# Provide Self-Service and Assisted Tariff Comparison

Give prospective customers the ability to compare utility service rates and make informed decisions about their purchases directly in your customer portal. Existing customers can browse energy products, compare personalized offers, and complete their enrollment online. During the enrollment process, customers can update their billing address. Also, the system can capture new address details for the customers to establish the required location and service point records automatically.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Agentforce Energy & Utilities.
