# Build Better Agentforce Service Agents for Email in the New Agentforce Builder

Create intelligent Agentforce Service Agents for email with greater control and increased reliability using the new Agentforce Builder. The platform introduces Agent Script, a new programming language that combines natural language instructions with programming expressions. This hybrid reasoning gives you better control over agent behavior. Both the legacy Agentforce Builder and the new Agentforce Builder work in the same org. You can edit agents created in the legacy builder only in the legacy builder, and you can edit agents created in the new builder only in the new builder.

**How:** In Setup, search for Agentforce Studio and click **Agentforce Studio**. Select the **+New Agent** button to launch the new Agentforce Builder.
