# Generate Work Summaries in Your Preferred Language

Generate Einstein Work Summaries for Enhanced Messaging sessions and Voice calls in the language set in your locale settings, regardless of the language used during customer interactions. With locale-based summaries, you can review and understand AI-generated content in your own language before saving it. Work Summaries for Enhanced Messaging sessions and Voice calls now support Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Portuguese (European), Russian, Swedish, and Thai, in addition to the previously supported languages.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Service add-on or Agentforce 1 Edition. To purchase the Agentforce for Service add-on or Agentforce 1, contact your Salesforce account executive.

**Why:** Sometimes service reps interact with customers in languages different from their own. Translating summaries into their preferred language reduces the manual effort of translation and minimizes the risk of misunderstanding critical case details.

**How:** To turn on locale-based summaries for Work Summaries, go to the Einstein Work Summaries page in Setup. Then, turn on Summary in User Language.

Note To generate summaries for users with Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Portuguese (European), Russian, Swedish, or Thai locales, turn on Global Languages on the Einstein Setup page in Setup. Otherwise, the summaries default to English.
