# Test Prompt Templates in Agentforce Testing Center (Beta)

Surface patterns and edge cases missed in smaller-scale testing when you run tests at scale. Test your prompt templates by selecting Prompt Templates as the test type in Agentforce Testing Center. Build test cases and manage test suites, all in a spreadsheet-inspired interface that makes it easier to validate and debug.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions. Setup for AI agents is available on the desktop site.

Note This feature is a beta service. Customers may opt to try this beta service in their production environments. Any use of the beta service is subject to the applicable Beta Services Terms provided at [Agreements and Terms](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/).

**When:** Batch testing for prompt templates is available starting the week of June 29, 2026.

**How:** In Agentforce Testing Center, create a test suite and select **Prompt Template** as the test type. Under Attachment, click **Upload Files**. Select your test file and, when the upload is complete, click **Done**.

Run up to 1,000 test cases per file. Select scorers such as coherence, conciseness, completeness, factuality, adherence, and response assertion. Run your tests and review your results in the workbook.
