# Use Keyboard Shortcuts in Prompt Builder

Work faster in Prompt Builder with keyboard shortcuts for common actions. Save time by using quick key combinations instead of clicking buttons for save, preview, version, and activation operations.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Foundations and the Agentforce for Sales or Service add-on, or included in Agentforce 1 Editions. Generative AI is available in Lightning Experience.

**When:** This feature is available starting the week of June 8, 2026.

**How:** To view all available shortcuts while working in Prompt Builder, press Ctrl+/ (Windows) or Cmd+/ (macOS) to open the Keyboard Shortcuts menu. You can quickly perform actions without leaving your keyboard, such as saving your template (`Ctrl+s` or `Cmd+s`) or creating a new version (`Ctrl+Shift+S` or `Cmd+Shift+S`).

**Why:** Keyboard shortcuts improve efficiency for power users who create and manage multiple prompt templates. Quick access to save, preview, and version control actions streamlines the authoring workflow.
