# Direct Agent Quick Actions to a Specific Agent

When you create an agent quick action, you can specify which agent handles the utterance. This way, you know each request goes straight to the agent best equipped to handle it. Route different quick actions on the same record page to specialized agents, such as a sales agent for one action and a service agent for another.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience, the Salesforce mobile app for Android and iOS, and Sales Cloud Everywhere in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Service, or Einstein Platform add-on. On mobile, agent quick actions are available on the record home page.

**When:** This change is available starting in mid-August 2026.

**How:** When creating or editing an agent quick action, select an agent from the **Agent** list to specify which agent handles the utterance.
