Generate Enhanced Summaries in the language set in your locale settings, regardless of the language used during customer interactions. With locale-based summaries, you can review and understand AI-generated content in your own language before saving it. Enhanced Summaries now support Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Portuguese (European), Russian, Swedish, and Thai, in addition to the previously supported languages.
Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Service add-on or Agentforce 1 Edition. To purchase the Agentforce for Service add-on or Agentforce 1, contact your Salesforce account executive.
Why: Sometimes service reps interact with customers in languages different from their own. Translating summaries into their preferred language reduces the manual effort of translation and minimizes the risk of misunderstanding critical case details.
How: To turn on locale-based summaries for Enhanced Summaries, go to the Enhanced Summaries page in Setup. Then, turn on Summary in User Language.
