The Agentforce Data Library no longer supports creating web-based data libraries. You can still view and use your existing web search data libraries.
Where: Agentforce Data Library is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Platform, or Einstein for Service add-on. Agentforce Data Library requires Data 360.
When: This change is effective starting the week of June 29, 2026.
How: To search the web in your agents, use the Search the Web standard action. To search the web via your prompt templates, use the web retriever. Both support web search without requiring a web search data library.
