- **[Einstein Bots Enters Maintenance Mode](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_einstein_bots_maintenance_mode.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**  
    Starting August 17, 2026, Einstein Bots is in Maintenance Mode. Existing Einstein Bots continue to be supported and can be used after this date. However, no new features or enhancements will be added, and we recommend using Agentforce for new AI agent implementations.

    Use the Upgrade Agent tool on Agentforce Labs to upgrade an Einstein Bot to an Agentforce Service Agent. The tool creates the new agent separately, so your existing bot remains available while you review and configure the new agent.
